If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement product within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Sesmark Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Sesmark Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How to Submit a Guarantee Request
- If you purchased your product from one of our authorized sellers in the United States:

- You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to us, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.
Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Sesmark Satisfaction Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Sesmark Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Sesmark Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
